Jack Ramaika, Chief Operations Officer at DDIS, brings more than two decades of military and defense expertise to the organization, having served over 20 years in the U.S. Army as an Engineer, Transportation and Movement Control Specialist, Electronic Warfare Specialist, and Intelligence Non‑Commissioned Officer. His engineering background includes bridging, construction, demolition, and heavy equipment operations, and he is a graduate of the Army’s first Electronic Warfare schoolhouse, later serving multiple tours as an Electronic Warfare Officer with subject‑matter expertise in Counter‑IED operations and route clearance. A Pennsylvania State University graduate, he completed three combat tours with the Army Reserve, supported humanitarian operations in conflict zones, and established multiple operations centers in demanding environments. In the private sector, he has spent the past ten years as an Operations Intelligence Analyst, Key Leader Engagement Lead, Program Manager, and Director of Operations for a small business DoD contractor, where he strengthened mission execution, stakeholder engagement, and organizational performance.
